Access

  • I have recently created a user account with you and when I try to access my account, it does not recognize me. I still have not been able to access my account.
  • I try to access my user account but the page says my data does not match any registered user, although I had previously been able to access my account with that data.
  • When I try to change the password, the web page tells me that the data does not match any registered user. I have already been able to access my account with the same data.
