First of all, check that the confirmation email did not arrive in the spam or junk mail. Then, check whether your bank account, Paypal or iDeal has been debited with the amount of the order in question.
If the order was paid, it should have been registered in our system, but there might be an error in sending the email (for example, check if you made typing errors when entering your email address). If you have not been charged for the order, the purchase process has not been completed correctly and the order has not been finalized.
